Where do I begin...
We had our wedding reception in The Oakwood Arms Hotel on Friday 1st June 2012.
We can now say without any hesitation that we made the right choice for our wedding reception venue. From the start when we were looking around at different hotels the Oakwood arms stood out from the rest. WHY? Because we were met with friendly and professional management & staff who had a genuine interest in meeting our needs and requirements. We never had to worry about anything for our wedding reception, everything was organised and delivered as agreed. On the day and for the weeks after our wedding, our guests are still commenting on how great the food was at the wedding reception. as a bridal couple we can honsetly say the quality and the amount of food provided for our guests was exceptional. The service was 100%, the staff were very friendly and professional.
Our guests are also commenting on the class character the hotel boasts, it has lots of character and is homely. The bedrooms are very comfortable, clean and offer lots of space. Great for couples and for families. As we recieve all these good comments from our guests we can confirm to ourselves that we made the correct decision in choosing the Oakwood Arms Hotel for our wedding venue. Thank You Oakwood for making our wedding reception flawless and for making our guests feel so welcome and comfortable. The oakwood truely is an excellent hotel with exceptional food, service and staff who will go out of their way to help you and make your stay a pleasant experience. We will be back for sure.
